A few useful minutes can give another founder a perspective they were missing.
1. Discover a product you can help
Browse products and open requests. Interests and categories are optional; you can explore everything. You do not need a launched product or a large audience to contribute.
2. Try one small task
Reserve a helper slot for 30 minutes and try the requested task. The task and its free access setup should take about 2–5 minutes. No purchase or payment card is required.
3. Tell the founder what happened
Answer two short questions: what you tried and what happened, and what you would improve, if anything. A screenshot is optional. Feedback stays private to you, the requester, and authorized support. Honest criticism and genuine blockers qualify.
4. Earn help for your own business
A valid contribution earns 8 points. Receiving one costs 10; two points leave circulation. The requester has 48 hours to accept or flag a submission. Unflagged submissions are accepted automatically. Disputes go to admin review.
List one product free and fund requests with earned points. A $10 pack gives 30 points. Pro is $29/month for three products, three active requests total, and 100 monthly points.
5. Share only when you mean it
Recommend products because you believe in them. Public shares, likes, follows, and reviews never earn points. If you earned points for a trial and then publicly recommend the product, disclose that connection where applicable. There is no obligation to recommend it.
