A request can involve more than one person.
One request asking three founders to try your signup needs three contributions and 30 points. Points fund private help. They do not buy public shares, positive feedback, or priority in the feed.

Earned points and one-time packs do not expire. Pro’s unused allowance can roll into one more paid month, with up to 100 points carried over. Cancellation stops renewal; Pro benefits last through your paid period. Purchased and earned balances remain.
What if something doesn’t work out?
A wholly unused point pack is refundable within seven days. Once it funds a valid completed contribution, it is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. Unfilled request points return, and we restore affected expiring points when we cannot supply helpers. See our refund policy for service-failure remedies and your rights.
