Know what your purchase covers and what happens when plans change.
One-time point packs: seven days, unused
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of payment if the entire purchased pack is unused. Once any points from that pack fund a valid completed contribution, the pack is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. Remaining points stay usable and do not expire.
Posting a request or reserving points is not completed use. In-progress or submitted work must be resolved before reserved points can be classified as unused. A timely refund request keeps its request date during that review.
Pro subscriptions
Cancel from Points & billing to stop future renewals. Your paid features continue through the current paid period. We do not offer routine prorated subscription refunds. Cancellation does not delete your previous feedback.
Unused subscription allowance can roll into one additional paid cycle only. Unreserved subscription points expire when your final paid period ends. Earned points and one-time pack points remain.
Billing errors and failure to deliver
Contact us about duplicate charges, billing errors, or a failure to provide the purchased service. Request closure returns unfilled points. If we cannot fill a valid request and its subscription points expired meanwhile, we restore affected points for seven days.
Where an extension or point restoration does not resolve our failure, we will assess an appropriate refund for the undelivered purchased service. We do not take legitimate earned rewards from other helpers to pay for it.
How to request a refund
Open Points & billing and choose Request refund beside the purchase, or email hi@p2pgrowth.com with your account email and purchase reference. Do not send card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing can take additional time.
Your mandatory rights
This voluntary policy does not remove rights required by applicable law, including any applicable consumer withdrawal or service-remedy rights. A started task does not automatically remove every statutory right over the whole purchase. Earned and promotional points have no cash redemption value.
